The Perfect Peach, Basil & Arugula Summer Pizza

For a completely unique take on pizza, try this simple summer pie! It’s refreshing, easy to make and oh, did I mention it includes my all time favorite Philadelphia product? Cream Cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium homemade or store bought pizza crust
  • 3/4 of a regular tub of light Philadelphia Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup red pepper jelly
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup coarsely cut fresh basil
  • 2 sliced peaches
  • 3 tablespoons reduced balsamic (you can make your own or purchase ready made… like I did!)

Directions

  1. If going with pre-made dough or from scratch – cook ahead of time and refrigerate or let cool completely.
  2. Toss arugula and fresh basil together in a bowl and set aside.
  3. When the crust is cool, layer the Philadelphia spreadable cream cheese, and then add hot pepper jelly
  4. Top with the arugula and basil mixture, sliced peaches & balsamic reduction, then finish with coarse fresh ground salt and pepper.
