The taste of decadent shrimp in a delicious creamy wine sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 3 pounds Fresh Peeled and Deveined Shrimp with Tails
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Mint, finely chopped
  • 5 ounces Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Cream
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 6 Parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium or large skillet, on medium heat.
  2. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped onion in to the hot olive oil, and saute about 3 minutes, or just until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of white wine, and increase the heat from medium to high. Boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat from high to medium, and then add 3 pounds of fresh, peeled, and deveined shrimp with tails. Cook for 3 minutes, or until the shrimp have turned a slight pink color.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of oregano.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of mint
  7. Stir in 5-ounces of Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Cream.
  8. Stir in 1/4 cup Feta Cheese.
  9. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Can serve shrimp mixture over rice, couscous, or with bread.
  11. Garnish each dish with a sprig of parsley.
