Delicious Greek Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This delicious Greek Spinach and Artichoke dip is sure to transport you to Greece with it's delicious Greek flavors. This is an easy but delicious dish to bring to any event and will be requested anytime you're invited somewhere!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonaise
  • 3/4 cup Pecorino Romano or Parmesan
  • 10 ounces Spinach
  • 2 6.5 ounce jars marinated Artichoke Hearts drained
  • 3 cloves garlic

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Black pepper and jalapeno rings can be added to taste if you like a little bit of kick.
  2. Spoon mixture into an oven safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  3. Serve with cocktail bread, pita chips, vegetables, etc
