Pita Stuff Cheesy Chicken

Marinaded chicken slices, cooked with Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Creme and fresh Greek herbs. All layered on a bed of spinach, feta cheese and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 4 Chicken breast sliced
  • 10 ounces Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Cream
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 4 Pita Bread

Directions

  1. Marinade chicken with rosemary, oregano, thyme, tsp sea salt, tsp black pepper and sqeeze lemon juice on chicken for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat 9 inch pan on medium with olive oil.
  3. Place marinade chicken in pan, sauté to golden brown.
  4. Add savory garlic cooking cream
  5. Add ½ cup of feta cheese, stir until cream is blended (approximately 3-5 minutes)
  6. Remove pan from heat
  7. Layer chicken on pita bread
  8. Top with spinach, tomatoes and feta cheese
  9. Enjoy!
