Cold Greek Salad Pizza!

A yummy twist on a classic Greek salad - Yummy chunky veggies top a Greek seasoned cream cheese "pizza sauce" on crescent roll dough. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brick Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 8 ounces package crescent rolls
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tomato, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 of a small red onion, sliced

Directions

  1. Unroll crescent dough onto a pizza stone and press or roll together to form a flat pizza crust. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.
  2. Combine cream cheese (softened) with mayonnaise, seasonings, and salt & pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Chop and slice vegetables while crust is cooling.
  4. When pizza crust is cool, spread the cream cheese "pizza sauce" on top of it.
  5. Decorate the pizza with your vegetables and feta cheese, slice as desired and enjoy!
