Give that crisp green salad the kick it deserves with this recipe for Greek Salad Dressing. Bright lemon, fresh garlic and hints of oregano create a perfectly balanced trio of flavor that will enhance any salad. Try as a quick and easy marinade for chicken and pork, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Kraft® Philadelphia Savory Lemon and Herb Cooking Creme
  • 3 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 12 cups salad greens for serving

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cooking creme, vinegar, garlic and oregano.
  2. Slowly whisk in the canola oil until the mixture becomes thick, then whisk in the olive oil.
  3. Season with pepper and fold in the feta cheese. Toss with your favorite salad greens.
  4. Note: To thin dressing whisk in two teaspoons of water before folding in feta cheese.
