Mini Philadelphia Fruit Tarts

Mini fruit tarts with a sugar cookie crust and Philadelphia Cream Cheese filling. These little tarts have a way of disappearing quickly.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Philedelphia Cream Cheese
  • 7 ounces Marshmallo Cream
  • 6 Fresh strawberries
  • 12 Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 pint Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough

Directions

  1. Press cookie dough into mini tart molds bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees until golden around edges. Cool completely and remove tart shells from tart pan.
  2. Let PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese sit at room temperature until slightly soften. Mix PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese with electric mixer until smooth, add Marshmallow Cream and beat until silky smooth.
  3. Fill cookie shells with PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese mixture and top with fresh fruit. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
