Instant Tiramisu
I needed a dessert in a pinch and wanted it to be individual without having to serve people. I found this way to serve it is simple and easy. Tiramisu can be costly to make, but by mixing ricotta cheese and cream cheese it is almost the same as marscapone cheese. Having a small variety of desserts is always better, than just one cake!

- 8 ounces Philadephia cream cheese
- 8 ounces Ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 already made yellow cake
- 1 Package hot coca mix
- 4 ounces Coffee already made
- 4 ounces Chocolate Shavings, sprinkles, or chips
Directions
- Mix the cream cheese with ricotta cheese, then add powdered sugar. Place in a piping bag.
- Cut the cake into shapes desired.
- Place each piece of cake in the cup, then add about 1.5 tablespoons of ricotta mixture on top.
- Place the hot cocoa mix in a sifter and gently sift over each cup.
- pour the coffee over the mixture and add chocolate.
