My husband loves green tea. So I made these cookies at tea time. He loved it. Using pancake mix means less time for cooking and its easy! Even when you don't have all purpose flour, you can still make delicious cookies like these.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon green tea powder
  • 1 ounce sugar
  • 2 ounces butter, softened to room temperature
  • 3 1/2 ounces pancake mix

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350*F.
  2. Mix together softened cream cheese, softened butter, sugar and green tea powder, until smooth.
  3. Add pancake mix and mix again.
  4. Place the mix into a pastry bag and use a suitable nozzle to pipe out the cookies.
  5. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes. Let them cool.
