Fast as you can....Chicken Divan

On those nights where time is short, most of us check to see what is in the fridge that we can make something out of. Well this was my brainstorm recipe on such a night. Let me tell y'all....it was a HIT! Using precooked chicken, and Philadelphia Cooking Creme made the meal Fast and Easy!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Philadelphia cooking Creme- Santa Fe Blend
  • 3 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 3 cups Cooked Boneless Chicken Breasts-cut into pieces
  • 1 (10.5) oz Can cream of Chicken Soup
  • 6 ounces Fried Onions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Lightly spray a 9x9 pan.
  3. In a small bowl mix together the Philadelphia Cooking Creme, Soup, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If mixture is to thick, heat in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it.
  5. Spread 1/2 of the Cream Cheese/soup mixture over the chicken.
  6. Next place the broccoli in the pan. Topping with the remaining Cream cheese/ Soup mixture.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 Minutes.
  8. Remove foil and top with the fried onions.
  9. Return to oven to bake uncovered for 10 more minutes.
