This is a easy, fast meal that I serve often. The cooking creme is so creamy and smooth and the mustard, pepperoncini and honey are a perfect combination for great flavor!

Ingredients

  • 4 Thin boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 5 ounces Philadelphia cooking creme original flavor
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and brown 2 minutes each side in skillet.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Puree in a blender the cooking creme, pepperoncini, honey and mustard until smooth.
  4. Lay browned chicken breast in baking dish and pour cooking creme mixture over top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. I serve this with asparagus and couscous or rice.
