Savory Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Linguine

This is a super simple dish. Packed with tons of flavor! Spinach, Marinated Artichokes and Chicken combined with Savory Garlic PHILADELPHIA Cooking Cream over Linguine or Fettuccine make your taste buds sing, "That's Amore!"

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Savory Garlic PHILADELPHIA Cooking Cream
  • 16 ounces package of Linguine or Fettuccine Noodles
  • 12 1/2 ounces can of Chicken drained (or Cooked chicken breast chopped)
  • 2 cups fresh Spinach (or 10 oz. frozen Spinach thawed and dried)
  • 6 1/2 ounces jar Artichoke hearts with marinade

Directions

  1. Boil water and add noodles, stirring frequently, cook for 14 minutes or until done.
  2. While noodles are cooking, pour Artichokes and marinade into a large saute pan and heat over medium low heat.
  3. Add spinach, chicken and Savory Garlic PHILADELPHIA Cooking Cream stirring for about 10 minutes or until all flavors are combined.
  4. Drain cooked noodles and stir noodles into sauce, turning constantly to coat all noodles.
  5. Transfer to serving dish and serve.

    Fantastic Kelly! I always enjoy a combination of spinach and artichokes, however throw in the pasta and how could you go wrong with this meal?! Thanks for sharing!

    I love that you have marinade artichokes hearts in this ummmm and you had to put a fork in it too didnt' you making want to just grab that fork and start eating!! Great pictures chicky!!
