Ingredients

• 1 Loaf of French Bread
• 10 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cooking Cream (Italian Cheese and Herb)
• 2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
• 1 Jar of Pizza Sauce or your favorite Marinara sauce
• 2 cups Shredded Cheese (I used an Italian mix)

Directions

1. Grease skillet and saute Mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add in Cooking Creme and continue cooking for 1 minute.
2. Cut French Bread in half lengthwise and then pull out the soft center of the bread starting at one end trying to keep it in one piece. So you have a hollow French Bread shell. Set aside the soft filling.
3. Fill French Bread Shells with Mushroom Cooking Creme mixture.
4. Place the Soft Bread that you previously removed from the French Bread loaf on top of mushroom mixture.
5. Top with Pizza Sauce and Shredded Cheese.
6. Bake French Bread pizza on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until bread is crunchy and cheese is melted.
7. Slice and Enjoy!
