Sweet and Sour Thai Chicken

Brown sugar, orange marmalade and creamy PHILADELPHIA create a wonderful chicken dish no one will turn down. Pairing perfectly with jasmine rice and a little lime juice, get ready to make this again and again.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, Cubed
  • 3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 can (13.5 oz.) coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 cups hot cooked jasmine rice

Directions

  1. Add oil to large saute pan. Stir in chicken pieces and saute 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally until cooked thru. Stir in peanut butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, coconut milk, brown sugar and marmalade. Cook over medium heat until all bubbly,4-5 minutes. Serve immediately over hot rice and garnish with peanuts.

    This sounds different, I love trying different, especially with chicken.

    I think I will try this one. Will leave out the red pepper flakes as that would be too spicy. May use a little hot sauce though.
