I thought today would be announcement day....what ya think?

I'm not quite sure. I mean how do they choose a winner when about every entry seemed to me could be the winning entry? Great talent found here :)

site went bonkers on me too. I had left the oh so wittiest of replies and thank you's so muches on the New Contest thread and it vaporized. Then, the doors slammed shut to the Gold Star Schoolers. ... What I am hoping is that they are waiting on the paperwork to come back from the sponnnnserrrrs *giggles* See ! I never give up (: ... I'm excited to hear of the winner and the next contest announcement. Do you think they will announce them together ?

I hope so because I'm preparing for the next contest as now...I was able to view the article briefly and what does "saucy" mean...if things get saucy? Suspense is killing me like a cat. :)

I think they were talking about cooking school, not the winner or next contest. Of course, not sure. My mind has been running rampant with the Cooking Up Your Dream contest and what that's going to entail. I'm both excited and nervous lol ... I wish this site had a chat feature. Why don't they?

I thought the winner was going to announced at the end of September. I can't find any details, even in the rules.

When will the Grand Prize winner be announced?
The Grand Prize winner will be announced on the Real Women of Philadelphia site on or about September 14, 2012. Completion of official winner paperwork may impact the dates of the announcement on the site. This info from the Contest FAQ

It also says that the list of winners will be available by mail as of September 19, 2012. Hopefully that means the winner will be announced tomorrow?!

Patience is a virtue. We've waited a long while but I'm beginning to think it won't happen to me - not this time anyway. I plan on staying tuned. All is not lost yet . . .
