Cant change my profile pic...

I have tried multiple times to change my profile pic.. Is there a certain file type that is used? I continue to get the message, can't upload file type, huh?!?

I am not computer illiterate and I have not found directions for uploading a new pic or avatar..

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi FrostyBobber. I had the same problem. Not sure our corrections would be the same. RWOP suggested upgrading my browser. Everything worked for me after that with the exception of my Avatar which was file named "Avi". I changed it to file name "Me" and it worked. Hope this might help.

I too am having issues; changed it once but when I tried to change again would not let me "upload"; thanks for assistance!!
