I followed your advise about clearing my internet history/cache, I cleared Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. However, doing so did not change the outcome, I'm still having difficulty accessing my messages. I'm still receiving the 504 Gateway Time-out.
We're sorry to hear you are still having trouble accessing your messages. Is this issue isolated to just your Private Messages inbox, or are you experiencing slow load times with your profile as well?
It's just as Steelmom states,since the site change,a very slow load with profile and sometimes it's not even possible to access it. As for private messages,gaining access is non-existent.
