If you're not from the south you won't really appreciate my menu from last night. Crown roast with gravy, rice, fresh picked butterbeans seasoned with bacon grease, lettuce and home grown tomatoes smothered with real mayonnaise, cornbread and sweet tea. I wanted to fry some okra but got home too late from my golf tournament to do that. We don't eat that way very often anymore so when we do I just go overboard! It's very hard to find a crown roast these days also. That little crown of meat mingled with the bone and the bone in the very center of the roast. Flavor to glory! Just sayin'...
