I'm super excited to be a part of this fun site. I can't wait to start developing recipes, finding new recipes to try from all of you, and best of all share cooking tips! I'm just starting out here, getting used to how the website works. I hope I can build more friendships as well, I only have four right now (hee hee) I think they are the site maintenance and Paula Deen of all people.... Thanks for all the inspiration!

Thank you for the warm greetings. I'm already in love this this site. I've bookmarked so many recipes already. I even stayed up until 2:30 am playing around on the site. Paula, I'm a little nervous about making a video, I always think I sound funny when recorded..... It's strange as a performance artist to be not be nervous in front of anywhere from 10 people to 55,000 people in a live performance, but when there is a video camera involved it's a whole different story. I guess it's because I don't talk when I'm dancing..? I would love to share a Greek recipe though. One of my best friends in my early twenties was Greek. She was in her late 50's and shared with me so many wonderful stories of her up bringing. I haven't seen her in at least 9 years. If I do make a recipe, I would dedicate it to her! OMG! If I won, I would love to look her up and take her!!! My boyfriend's nose would be out of joint though.... Here is to dreaming. I don't even own a video recorder. heheee. Thanks ladies.
