If all of us who were unable to compete this week, due to technical problems, list those problems here...maybe tech support can get this problem fixed before Italy week is over. After downloading Firefox 13.0, I was able to upload my video; however, when I got to the registration screen, I entered my info and when I clicked the submit button absolutely nothing happened. I never got a "thank you" or "congratulations"....so, my recipes didn't get submitted even though they are in the gallery.

Purnellope, I too had the same issues and I used three different browsers. I'm sure that the site will get all the bugs worked out soon! As Josee, told me, "Kim chicky breath honey in and out again in and out". She's too funny! But, that's what we need to do :) Best of luck, it will all work out!

Yes, Kim...I did the same as you and no different. Three different browsers....changed a bunch of settings...cleared histories, cookies, caches....blah, blah, blah....and nothing. Rebecka, I hope yours made it in girlie!!! I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you! Gayle, tell me about it I have been in contact but have gotten no resolution that works. I'll hit them up again. I am good at being the squeaky wheel when I want something bad enough!!

I THOUGHT I had submitted my Chocolate Croissants recipe to the "French" contest last week as it said showed and was in the gallery after I submitted it.

However when I go the the recipe now it had the "Submit to Contest" button there still and if I hit it, it says SORRY-An error has occurred.
Missing or invalid email.
Missing or invalid first name.
Missing or invalid last name.

So I have no idea what is going on?? I hope that my work to do the video and recipe were not done in vain.

Hi girls... Grandmereb, I'm having the same problems, same error message and can't access my profile page to see what's going on! I had no problem with my video, and I tried logging out and then in again, but I've tried to "submit to contest" a dozen times with the same results. The rules specifically say that you must use the "submit to contest" button on your recipe page to be entered into the contest.
