Can I freeze a container of cooking creme in it's carton for later use or will it change the texture of it?

Lulu, I haven't tried this yet...but, let me know what you find out....or what happens when you do it. I would imagine even though it might alter the texture, not unlike freezing plain cream cheese, it doesn't alter the taste. Just a guess.

I've frozen mine and haven't noticed any difference at all.

Lulu, The creme holds together amazingly well with little separation even after freezing. Very stable. I did notice a bit of graininess, but minor..

i have wondered too if i could freeze it. sometimes it goes on super deals here and is practically free or even you make "money" getting paid with catalina coupons for your next shopping transaction worth more than what you spent on the philly. i hesitated to get too much because i did not think it would freeze well. glad someone tried it and it works ok. thanks for sharing
