GO GREEN Everyone. Remember, any packaged items that we use for our recipes, can mainly be recycled. If we never think about it, let us at least think about it today. This is our MOTHERLAND and I want to keep it up the best way I know how, so one little Change can make a difference. Even if it isn't all the time, Just that one time can make a change. Today I pledge to try an Organic Cleaning Product. Not sure which one yet, so I can make a difference. Whats your PLEDGE today?smiley-wink.gif

Happy Earth Day, Tina! I use Mrs. Meyers (Basil) products throughout my whole house and I LOVE it! It works really well, it smells delish and it doesn't have any harsh chemicals. I buy the larger sizes and all-purpose concentrate and then re-use the smaller bottles, which makes it cheaper. I just can't say enough good stuff about that product!
My pledge is to conserve water by taking shorter showers- I like to linger in there :-)

My earth day pledge is to learn to Can and preserve food. I have a big garden that will be producing fresh veggies and herbs soon, and I want to learn to can them! I want to make jams, salsa, and sauces to save money, and have more organic foods. My son says he's ready too, so we're learning!
