My name is Laura and I spent a few years growing up in Philly, then I moved a few miles down the road in New Jersey. Anyway, I am very excited to be working with all of you during this competition! I know this is a passion for all of you and thought you may be interested in my internet cooking show at www.LauraInTheKitchen.com

Hi Veronica, You did not say where you are from and and you did not talk about your cookies. Probably you are a site Admin. I;ve been so upset ever since I registered because I forgot the email address I used to register and the site would not let me enter the contests and I've been arguing with a Site Admin at that other address. Today I found that address that I used to enter and I glad I found it. Why. Because I saw your pic. I'm a sucker for smiles. You do not smile or any thing and your look makes it look like you are about to kick some body's butt. But I like your look even though you do not smile. Why I do not smile either. Any way Veronica do not kick any butts today. You might do it tomorrow or the day after but not today. Today is Tuesday. People should not kick butts on Tuesday. You would know why if you were a Hindu like me. Sorry I do not have a pic. I've a web cam right on this laptop I'm using. But I do not know how to use it.

Satish, Veronica Garbarino made that post over a year ago. She is lovely and very talented in the kitchen. I believe she is from the New Jersey area, and has made a substantial contribution to the community. She's a Jersey Girl, and we love her! Sorry that you missed entering the recent contest. You may have missed one, but there will be other ones that follow, so it is good that you found the address that you used to register. Now that you've gotten over that hurdle, have you thought about learning to use that video camera? There were many others here who did not know how to use their cameras, and, further, were afraid to even get in front of the camera! But, they overcame their challenges and fears and so can you! You seem tough enough to do it. As an alternative maybe you can get someone to shoot you!♥
