I was on vacation (the only time I get to watch as much Food Network as I like!) and I saw the commercial...WOW! This is my first contest and I am psyched! Any tips???

Hello to Louisiana! I have no tips but I bet you could teach me a lot about all the fabulous food from Louisiana. Colorado is a beautiful place to live but it doesn't have all that colorful culture that you do down there! Welcome!

Hello from California, you know alot of people in California are really health conscious about what they eat, but not me, I'm all about making it tasty and working it off later! Of course i do try to add healthy ingredients. By the way, the weather is beautiful here today.

Hi, from a displaced Cajun. My family moved to Louisiana in 1760 from Wales. This is my first participation in the Philli Real Women, too. Just have fun and enjoy yourself. You'll find so many amazingly good recipes on this site: women willing to share their best. I'm moving back to Baton Rouge in October. I was there in May and so many new stores - including a Whole Foods Market!
