Traveling can be exhausting! Between making your way to the airport, checking your bags, waiting to board, and sitting on the plane for hours on end, it’s likely that you will get HUNGRY!
Most flights don't even serve food anymore, so we highly suggest preparing a pack of snacks beforehand. Here’s what we’re packing in our carry-on for our next flight:
- A small bag of mixed nuts
- Dried fruit
- An apple
- Granola bars
- PHILLY SUSHI

I like to make my own trail mix so I can control the salt content...I use unsalted dry roasted peanuts, dried tart cherries and dark chocolate chips...you can always find some in my snack drawer at home!! -

Carrot sticks, smoked almonds, chocolate covered coffee beans, green tea drink mix, chewing gum, breathe mints, black licorice candy, and a navel orange.
