Berry pie using Philadelphia cream cheese is one of the best ideas ever found. I delight in fresh picked blackberries thru July & August. I freeze some too for winter deserts. The addition of the cream cheese makes it a scrumptious pie winter or summer, or in between. My kitchen is a duke's mixture of colors, but I'm sure any color KitchenAid stand mixer would blend right in. It would make my job a lot easier in preparing all the wonderful recipes I find on your web site. -

I tried this recipe on the grandkids and they loved it I will be making this for Thanksgiving Dessert this year. Hoping I win the Kitchen Aid Mixer my other mixer died and I dont have the money to buy a new one, so hopefully I will get this for a very early christmas present.
