My name is Tiffany Marie Scarlett, I was born in Miami, am currently living in Delaware, and am moving back to Miami within the next few months. :)
I am a college student majoring in Occupational Therapy Assistant currently at Delaware Technical and Community College, and am looking for a school in Miami to complete this.
A few fun facts about me are that I am Greek and Hispanic, but nobody believes me when I tell them I'm Hispanic. LOL. Also, I am a brain cancer survivor (was diagnosed in 2000 and have been cancer free for eight years). Lastly, I love to bake! I enjoy cooking as well, but prefer baking. I bake mainly for other people; it's my most favorite thing to do!!! -
Good evening everyone , my name is Carol and I live in El Reno, Oklahoma. I work at a asst. living Senior place. I am the dietary manager there now for 2 years. When I go home I don't want to cook and with the food processor would speed things up and I would like cooking more. Have a food processor at work and what a differance it is using it VS. Chopping your self. I love to cook and bake so this would be nice to have.

My name is Paula Glennon, My husband and I are photographers. My specialty is Maternity pictures, my husbands are Rodeo's and Racing pictures. I have always loved cooking, I grew up with 5 sisters and 1 brother, and we learned to cook by the time we were 10 years old! I do alot of baking, especially during the holidays. I get together with as many kids as want to come and we have cookie day, where everyone that comes gets to mix and bake the cookies of their choice. We have loads of fun, make plenty of messes and learn a little along the way! It's an awesome way to get together with the grandkids, neices, nephews and their friends, doing something that EVERYONE thinks is fun!

I am a working artist -- watercolors of wonderful pieces of architecture: neglected, endangered, buildings that speak to me -- a series that started in Long Beach CA. I lived in Taiwan for ten years and took up running, which allowed me access to wonderful brick farmhouses in the tea and bamboo mountains there, architecture unique to Taiwan, for historical reasons too long to post. It's a wonderful place where traditional Chinese social and religious tradition are very much a part of 21st century life.
I exhibited work done there in the National Museum of History, followed by Ministry of Information-sponsored exhibits in the Los Angeles and New York unofficial R.O.C. embassies. On returning to Taiwan from those exhibits, I worked on my series of farmhouses, titled "Endangered Species."
Have taught Art to all levels from Tiny Tots through University, and my main day job has been teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language to adults, which I learned to do in Taiwan.
I'm a doll geek on top of that.
Opera singer Rebeckah got me off on the arts track. Who knows what I'll think I am tomorrow. At my age, I've lived many lives, and I may be on the cusp of a new one this year. . . .

Rebecka, your status as an Opera singer reminded me of the most wonderful opera I heard while visiting Crested Butte a few weeks ago. The Magic Flute was performed at their Arts Center and it was so fabulous! I was so impressed by the talent. You will be so ready to perform again with your private lessons. I so envy your climate in Colorado. You are so lucky. Best to you. -

Fun Facts about me: I live in Colorado, I'm the mother of 5 beautiful children and our second grand daughter is due in November. It's really cool to be a grand parent.
Some of the original RWOP'ers already know this but for all the new bees, I'm a professional opera singer. I've performed all over the Denver metro area as well as Colorado Springs and the Front Range. Unfortunately, I haven't performed in over 15 years because I've been doing the mom thing! However, I've had the honor of studing privately during that time. I really miss being on stage and singing my heart out!! -

SoCalJan....love that you are a fixer too. I fixed my washing machine last year by Googling the problem. The fix sounded so hokey but I tried it anyway. They told me to unplug the washer then plug back in and lift the lid 7 times. I did this and it worked! Some little detail about resetting the computer and the site was in the lid somewhere. I didn't care at least it was fixed and still is fixed.

A fun fact about me is that when my grandfather died, my grandmother revealed why they always said all their relatives were dead... they had run off together in1922 (he was married). My grandfather faked his own death and they had lived under assumed names for over fifty years. They also were not from mississippi as they had told us. They were from TN! -
