As you're thinking about your recipe videos, remember Philadelphia Cream Cheese isn't just for bagels anymore! There are a million (and one) uses for cream cheese--in cold dishes, hot dishes, side dishes, appetizers, entrees and desserts. We're thrilled to have the experts over at Kraft share some of their insider tips about how to use cream cheese in new ways!

- In potatoes, Philly adds a velvety texture and a delicious tangy flavor--we love it mixed in with mashed potatoes instead of sour cream.

- Top baked potatoes or sweet potatoes with Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread; 1 Tbsp. per potato (minimum!) and sprinkle with chopped chives or fresh dill for a delightful change of taste!

- Philadelphia Cream Cheese complements both subtle and strong flavored vegetables. For a creamy vegetable sauce to serve with broccoli or asparagus, melt Philadelphia Cream Cheese with a bit of milk; add some lemon zest. For a simple creamed spinach without having to make a rue, simply melt in a few heaping tablespoons of cream cheese into your cooked and drained spinach, add salt and pepper to taste, finish with a dash of nutmeg, et voila!
