I make an apple cake where the apple have to be very finely chopped. also, taco dips are a snap. -
I'm not really sure what I would make but I am sure it would be healthy and delicious and those two words are not easily put together when it comes to food. Usually if it taste good it isn't very healthy and if it is healthy is usually does not taste good. But I have found recipies that have both heathly items and a great burst of flavor in them. Like avacado/pea quacamole, you add the peas to cut back on the use of so many avacadoes and you cut back on fat. -
just to cook with it would be great. it would be my second hand. i love to cook it is therapeutic. thank you. for having this. -

i would start making all the things that are hard to make without two hands. i love to cook, bake, and just do anything in the kitchen. since my stroke i find its a lot tougher to do things than it use to be. i have figured out others ways to do somethings. slicing tomatoes, potatoes, onions, and most anything that moves is tough. i want to be able to slice things to make sandwiches, or do things the a recipe calls for. dicing, chopping, mincing i tell you it teaches you, patience and resourcefulness with one hand. don't takes the use of your hands for granted anything can happen. thank you. -
