I love to cook with apples and peaches; mostly cakes and pies. I make an awesome peach cobbler & Peaches & Cream Pie, also a delicious fresh apple cake and dutch apple pie! -

I love cooking with apples. Smoked pork anole sauce (sp) and thinly sliced granny smith apples on toast. Yummy!

I really like to cook and bake with apples. Especially in the fall, when apples are fresh locally, I like to make apple pie, apple crisp, apple tarts or just about anything I can make using nice fresh apples!

I know I cannot win now, but my favorite fruit to cook with is cherries! I LOVE cherries and have so many recipes for them too. My home state is the cherry capitol (in Traverce City, MI). -

I'm sure you're right, we all use tomato sauce in just about everything; so it must be tomatoes.

My first answer here, when thinking of cooking is tomatoes. My husband is Italian and I grew up on Tex-Mex so tomatoes is a staple for me. But when thinking about sweet yummy fruits I LOVE to cook with bananas. I love making muffins, banana walnut bread and one of my favorite things to make is slicing bananas into pancake batter. YUM! -
