Hey there RWOPers!
I thought I'd mix it up a little and do my winner post in the morning - just to keep you on your toes! Ok, ok...the truth is, I just couldn't keep this one in much longer!!
Today, I'm beyond excited to announce that Nicole Luciana-Epperson is our third "Make To Impress" Appetizer winner! Her Classy Cream Cheese Napoleons really impressed our panel of fancy pants judges at Kraft, and they certainly got my culinary brain going into overdrive!
I was thinking that this is such a great example of how your super impressive dishes don't ever have to be super complicated! Nicole got the perfect flavor combinations, and then fancied up her dish by serving them in martini glasses - imagine how wowed your guests would be to start a dinner party with these bad boys!
Now, I've never met a smoked salmon/cream cheese pairing that I didn't like, and I'm EXTRA jazzed about the addition of creme fraiche - talk about tang!
Congratulations again, Nicole - enjoy being 500 bucks richer!
