I love Granny Smith apples for baking. Their tart taste is complimented beautifully by cinnamon (which I love). Can't wait to get some fresh ones from the mountains! -
I love Gala apples. We peel them and core them and heat them up with cinnamon. They are super delicious. When you are cold, and need something warm in the tummy, just put some in a bowl for 1 minute in the microwave, and you have delicious warm apples. -
I love Granny Smith apples for baking but for eating it would have to be the Braeburn apples. -
