And Caryn! Thanks for such a nice tribute to all of the winners this week! Congrats to them as well...I had seen some of these recipes already in the gallery! And, Caryn, if I ever have the opportunity, I will make you a meal that will make you throw rocks at Pappadeaux's! LOL! Also, I just loved your "Sassy Okie French" pronunciation of Remoulade (rah-moo-lahde). It was pretty darn close! LOL!
