Hey Y'all!

Who's lovin' this week of "Anything Goes"? If I'm bein' honest with you, I might have to admit that I love it when sky's the limit - and this week is all about that, isn't it?

And just look at our gallery - you gals have impressed me before, but this is gettin' ridiculous! So you can imagine my dilemma when tryin' to narrow it down to just one dish to spotlight today - it's just not fair!

But I did it, y'all. I wanted to talk about one particular recipe that really stood out to me....

After readin' about your recipe and the way you described your ingredients, I found myself cravin' anything spicy, and at the same time, just a little sweet. I think as all y'all know, I'm a sucker for all the PHILADELPHIA Cooking Creme flavors, but I was dreaming about Santa Fe after this one! With textures that were both crisp and crunchy, and an ingredient that took me by surprise, I would love to serve this Side Dish on my dinner table anytime.
