Hi Everyone,
Friends, I was BLOWN AWAY by all your Time Crunch Side Dish recipes! You have really put your whole heart into these challenges and I want you all to know how much you have impressed all of us!
It's Side Dish time again and you are going to love this week's challenge! Did you bring your passport? I hope so because we're going International and American Regional. We want your Side Dish recipes with an ethnic spin or flavor. How fun is this?! Also, putting this spin on your side dishes is a great way to take your family on a trip around the world--without leaving the comfort of your home!
Trying an International or American Regional dish is a great conversation starter for mealtimes! Your family can learn about what country it's from, what the different spices are, how the ingredients are grown, the possibilities are endless! In fact, I made up a really fun Food Adventure Passport that you can download and print to share with your own families. Everyone from kids to adults can have fun taking notes, drawing and maybe even putting photos in it as you take your culinary "world tour". What a great way to have an inexpensive and fun adventure! Click HERE to download and print your Adventure Passport. Simply print and cut out the cover page, add some plain paper, fold and staple together.
I am just bursting at the seams to see all your submissions and I will be there every step of the way on our Side Dish "Adventure around the World" this week! I'll be choosing a few favorites to highlight during the week and also will be cooking up a storm to try your delicious dishes!
As a final note, remember that you need to use AT LEAST 2 ounces of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and 10 ingredients or less; otherwise, the world is your oyster!
Let's get cookin'!
Hugs,
Mandy

AND THE CROWD GOES WILD!!!!!
I know you had a great time in Hawaii, but it so good to have you back. Love your energy and your spunk!!! That looked great and the flip! There's simply NO WAY I could've done that! I can speak on this with some authority. After tasting your dish in Savannah, I made it for a brunch after we got back...added spring onion, sweet turkey sausage, per your suggestion. It was like Fabulous Potato Surprise when we cut it. Really great recipe, Girl. I didn't make mine nearly as big but still had a time with the flip!
Amazing job (ahhhh...and the yodeling...perfect!)

My family is gonna love it!...................hmm........barbecue chicken potato quesadillas....and the list goes on and on and on......
