Let’s be honest for a second…can anyone really say “NO” to a yummy milkshake?
We certainly can’t, especially when the milkshake is as cool and creamy as SHANNON IMLAY’s VERY BERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE SHAKE!

LOVE SMOOTHIES! I make a knock your socks off protien smoothie that are my families favorite....especially the grand kids! I don't have the heart to tell them, they are GOOD for them!
I start with a cup of frozen blue berries a cup of frozen strawberries, a cup of low fat milk, a scoop of wheat bran, flax seed, quinoa, and amaranth and a scoop of protien powder!
I blend it until it is CREAMY and smooth! When the grand children come to visit, they are barely in the house when my granddaughter BEGS for a smoothie! -

I'm all about chocolate malts with extra malt flavoring. Nom Nom! -
This was a favorite growing up...Peanut Butter, Banana & Marshmallow made with vanilla ice cream : ))
Then I would go for a looooong hike...to burn it off!! -

vanilla and chocolate is my all time fave or as I used to say at the counter at Woolworth when I was an itty bitty kid a "black and white" shake! -

That's a very tough question to answer. I don't have just one favorite. I love a lot of different flavors. Strawberry, pineapple, chocolate, and hot fudge are just a few.

That's a pretty shake Shannon ! Love, love berries. Chocolate Malt, but there's not a shake I've ever met that I've turned down. I'm a milk shake floozy *blushes* -
