I have a KitchenAid Stand Mixer of my own, and I can’t get enough of it! It’s one of my absolute favorite appliances, and here are a few of the things I make with it:
• First up is my Fabulous Fruit Dip: Combine 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, juice from 4 limes, zest from 2 limes, and one can of sweetened condensed milk, then blend together and you have our family's favorite fruit dip! I love whipping this up in the summer, and it takes less than 5 minutes!
• I also make Quick Breads all the time in my KitchenAid and I LOVE IT! The dough hook attachment is awesome, and there's a great picture of my Quick French bread HERE if you want to try it.
• Then there’s the Chocolate Mousse! It's one of my most-requested dessert, and whipping it up in the KitchenAid Stand Mixer is super easy.

I don't have one either, but I'd love to make cream cheese fruit dip. I would also love to make "bunches" of Christmas treats with my grandchildren!. -

My favorite thing to make with a stand mixer would be cakes, cookies, candy and other goodies especially during the holidays!

I love to make my original recipe for a fruitcake that is like none other! It begins with dates and has a completely different flavor profile for a fruit cake. It is a winner, but I really do need to be using a KitchenAid mixer as every year I make more and more of these cakes in response to a long list of requests from family and friends! -

Last year I had my daughter prematurely. During the time that she spent in the NICU we were blessed to stay at the Ronald McDonald house. The Ronald McDonald house is always in need of baked goods and various other home cooked meals. This small act of kindness helps the families who are going through a difficult time a little piece of comfort. After we brought my daughter home, my husband and I took time every week to bake several batches of cookies to take to the Ronald McDonald house 2 Hours away. If I had a Stand Mixer I would absolutely love to make even more baked goods for this amazing organization.

During the holidays I love making cookies with the kids. I makes things so much easier than having to mix by a hand mixer. It gives me the ability to clean up a mess while it is mixing.

I love making cakes and zucchini bread. My sister in law like to borrow it too, she really needs one. She is always making cakes and helps here with the tiresome job of mixing all the icing with an electric mixer

I love making and decorating sugar cookies so if I had a stand mixer (I REALLY WANT ONE!) I would use it to make the dough and the royal icing. :)
