A french creme brest. It's a large cream puff ring, sliced and filled with pastry cream and dust with powdered sugar or drizzled with melted chocolate. If I knew how to upload videos, I would enter this recipe. -
I love cherry crepes, but the one I had in France was not so good as the one I make myself. :-) -

My favorite French dessert would have to be mini fresh fruit tarts, just enough to satisfy. :) -
We used to have a french bakery, they had the most wonderful little tarts... sort of lemony. I miss them. -
I can stil remember the first time I had creme brulee. I instantly knew I was in dessert heaven!! -
Fresh fruit tarts I cannot resist! Then there is a special pastry called a religieuse....and lets not forget...the opera, tropizenne, castel, millefeuilles, baba au rhum, eclair au chocolat; anyone wonder just how much I love my desserts?
