Happy Wednesday, Everyone!

We've been seeing some amazing blog submissions through our Feature My Blog widget, and we're back this morning to feature another!

Last week we featured DEBBIE FABRE'S blog HERE, and this week, we're giving a round of applause to...

Since this week is all about fun frozen treats, we were instantly excited to see Jenny's blog post HERE about Banana Ice Cream and how she made it at home!

Speaking of frozen foods, Jenny also shares with her readers how to keep frozen fruit from browning too quickly: "We use a ton of bananas in our house....I take the peel off and hunk them. Place them upright on a wax paper lined jelly roll pan and put them in the freezer. When they are thoroughly frozen, at least all day or I wait until the next day, I put them in a freezer Ziploc bag for use. No need for ice (filler) or worrying about the bananas getting too soft or if the store only has green bananas.”

Along with bananas, she also likes to freeze strawberries - those look perfect for tossing into a smoothie or munching on as a snack during the summer time!
